On the 24th May 2023, Pigg’s Peak Town Council collaborated with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade, Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology, Ministry of Tinkhundla Administration and Development, Ministry of Natural Resource and the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs to host the Eswatini Career Expo in Pigg’s Peak.

In a drive to curb the spread of issues related to poverty such as lack of job opportunities, saturated business industry choices among others, PPTC has introduced a new business opportunity for KOSA UMBILA to benefit the people of Pigg’s Peak. Council has spent (still to add amount) to construct and furnish a total of three stalls that accommodates at least three people per stall.

In a drive to sensitize prospective voters about the ongoing voter registration process for the 2022 Local Government Elections, on the 11th and 12th February 2023, Council conducted voter education sessions in all the town wards. All the sessions were successfully conducted in terms of attendance, cooperation and participation.
