For the past years, PPTC Lutsango has participated in the Buganu ceremony, where they unite with other Lutsango to celebrate culture, values and tradition. This year Council Lutsango joined the thousands of nationwide Lutsango at Buhleni Royal Residence to deliver buganu (marula brew) and other tetfulo before Her Majesty the Indlovukazi.
