Buganu festival is an integral part of the Swati culture where women (lutsango) express their respect for culture in celebration of the first fruit. Women from PPTC through the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development also joined other women by attending the Buganu ceremony held at Buhleni Royal Residence on the 16th till the 18th February 2024. The women also expressed their excitement and gratitude for having an employer who values culture as this gave them the opportunity to present gifts (tetfulo) to the Queen Mother or Indlovukazi.
