In an effort to strengthen and maximise the importance of communication with her stakeholders and residents of the town, Council will now be available on a mobile phone number which will be used for calls and WhatsApp as a new communication platform. The mobile phone number is 7836 3437.
This communication platform, especially WhatsApp, is aimed at easing interactions with stakeholders while providing them with prompt responses on issues or concerns they might raise. Council has been using already existing platforms such as emails, SMS, calls, Facebook and twitter to interact with stakeholders on daily basis. Stakeholders are encouraged to continue utilising those platforms as per their preference or need.
