CONGRATULATIONS: THIRTY CHILDREN GRADUATE UNDER THE EARLY CHILDHOOD AND CARE DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION (ECCDE) PROGRAMME

Once again Pigg’s Peak Town Council is proud to produce a total of 33 children who graduated for their Early Childhood and Care Development Education (ECCDE) on the 9th December 2022.

The children have been attending their pre-school lessons from the town’s social centres where Council catered for all their educational needs. The main objectives of ECCD is to nurture children for their physical and mental development and to prepare them for schooling with right attitudes and habits.

Hence this initiative by the Town Council ensures the attainment of the fourth Sustainable Development Goal which aims to provide children and young people with quality and easily accessible education plus other learning opportunities. The children were awarded graduation certificates and presented with gifts.
