PPTC CELEBRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK

The Customer Service Week is celebrated internationally as a way of recognizing the impeccable role played by customers in the success of an organization. It is for that reason that Pigg’s Peak Town Council (PPTC) also joined the world in celebrating this year’s Customer Service Week from the 2nd October till the 06th October 2023 under the theme #TEAMSERVICE. This year’s theme emphasized on the spirit of teamwork, that no matter where frontline representatives were working, what their job titles were, or how they served customers, everyone was on the same team.

PPTC believes that the employees are the first customers of the organization, their satisfaction yields positive results in the delivery of services. Thus, during the Customer Service Week, employees were also commended for their effort in service delivery and customer care with gifts as tokens of appreciation. They were, further, encouraged to stick by the values of the organization, ensure they maintain a positive image for PPTC and continue working as a team.

Council started off the week with a visit from the management team to support vendors at the market as the organization’s customers. Worth mentioning is that vendors play a major role in uplifting the economy of Pigg’s Peak through the informal trade section.
