Roison Daniel Pave
After almost a year without a substantive executive, Piggs Peak Town Council has officially welcomed Mr. Roison Daniel Pave as its new Chief Executive Officer/Town Clerk. Mr. Pave assumed office on Monday, 5 January 2026, and was formally introduced to employees, staff, and councilors by the Mayor, Councillor Sipho Shongwe.
During the welcoming ceremony, Mr. Pave emphasized the importance of unity across all levels of the council, from senior leadership to junior staff members. He highlighted his commitment to working collaboratively with councillors, management, and employees while upholding integrity and professionalism. He further stressed the need for accountability within the institution, noting that both management and staff must remain accountable to the council.
Mr. Pave brings a wealth of leadership experience to the role. Prior to his appointment, he served as the Chief Operations Officer at United Holdings Eswatini, a position that strengthened his strategic and leadership skills. In his welcoming remarks, Mayor Sipho Shongwe expressed satisfaction at the appointment of a substantive leader after an extended period. He noted that the council is optimistic about the future and looks forward to working closely with Mr. Pave to promote growth, development, and improved service delivery in Piggs Peak Town.
